		<description>[...] Found this interesting project from ecoLogicalStudio. It&#8217;s a hybrid robot-organic project that uses bacteria to drive the shading mechanism of the larger arms. The bacteria grow in a varying way due to light and heat exposure in the which in turn allows digital light sensors to track changes in light.  These sensors then drive a motor in the arms to provide shading to the canopy below where the bacteria is actually housed.  See more about the project here.
